Cold Fruit Soup

a bowl of cold fruit soup. this dish can be eaten at anytime of the year. it’s generally made with any fruit of ones choice.

1 box fresh strawberries

1 box blackberries

3 mangoes

1 cup of apple cider vinegar

Method: Saute the fruits in butter and sugar in sauce pan.

Constantly stir until golden brown.

Add apple cider vinegar and let it simmer for 30minutes.

Remove from stove, pour in a plastic bowl and put to chill.

Serve with mint.

Enjoy a dish from a different country.
